Here’s what makes AHD different from almost every other health organization:. We largely cover day-to-day operations locally through our partnership with Ecuador’s government, our modest fees for service. . Your gift funds training, the purchase and upkeep of equipment, and hospital construction. It also provides a cash flow backstop for when our partners in Ecuador can’t pay us on time.
