Jim Dunn is Managing Director in the Brookfield, Wisconsin office of RBC Wealth Management. Mr. Dunn has 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Previous to RBC, Mr. Dunn worked with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms. His dedication to client service earned him membership in the firm’s prestigious Premier Advisors’ and previous production-based recognition programs for 14 straight years. Mr. Dunn’s clients include individuals, families, retirement plans, institutions and endowments.

Active in his community, Mr. Dunn is a member of Rotary International and has served as a vice president of his Rotary Club. He was the original motivator and Chairman of the Brookfield Sunrise Rotary Run, an event that raised more than $100,000 for charities. He has been involved in fundraising efforts at Marquette University High School for over 25 years.  In the past, Mr. Dunn spearheaded Wells Fargo Advisors’ first workplace giving campaign for the United Performing Arts Fund. Mr. Dunn has been active in his church and served on St. Charles Parish Council 2009-2011.

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In 1982, he attended the Austro-American Institute in Vienna, Austria for international studies.

55-year-old Marta has chronic kidney disease related to diabetes and hypertension. She has received hemodialysis a few times a week for the past year but missed a week of dialysis. Short of breath, she went to one of Ecuador’s public health centers outside of the small, coastal town of Quevedo.
